In October of 2015, I started a new job that moved me from downtown Columbus to the suburb of Dublin. Dublin is a very nice little area where most of the center of town is made to look like an Irish village. My favorite part of the town is the public art. Driving around Dublin, you’re sure to find some very odd and interesting things to look at. Here’s a look at just a few of my favorites.
This is my #1 favorite place to visit in the state of Ohio. This may come as a surprise to those that know me, and that I’m absolutely terrified of flying. In this post, I’m going to take a quick look at a few of my favorite aspects of the museum…in convenient list form. I hear the kids like the lists these days.
Ashville, Ohio, is a quiet little town just a couple miles off US-23 in Pickaway County. Like many little towns, they have a museum dedicated to local history. This one’s probably not much different than most of them: a few famous people were born there, some other famous people visited or worked nearby…that sort of thing. The main thing that brought me to this location though…was a traffic light.
